Participating communities include Crestview, Edgewood, Harvest Ridge, Liberty Landing, Key Ranch and Ranchers’ Rise. The 3,000 Miles™ will be awarded to the referrer upon closing of the referee’s new home sales purchase. Offer subject to change without notice. Conditions apply, see below.
Conditions
Referral forms must be completed and submitted as follows;

- If submitting a hard copy referral form, place the referral form in an envelope and mail it with sufficient postage to:

- Drop it off in person to a builder sales representative in participating communities
- Faxed forms are not valid.
- Once the referee’s new home sale closes, the referrer must contact Lamont Land at [email protected] to redeem the referral.
A referrer cannot refer themself, their spouse, nor their partner.
The referral form must be submitted before the purchase contract date. The referral is valid for one year. On expiry, it can be re-registered by completing a new referral form and submitting it as described above. The referrer must contact Lamont Land to redeem its referral. Should a referral of the same referee be submitted by more than one referrer, the earliest date shown on the referrer’s form shall determine the one valid submission. Offer is subject to change at any time at the developer’s discretion. No limitations on use. Please allow up to (4) weeks from time of purchase for the Miles™ to be posted to your collector account. Any disputes involving the Referral Program shall be decided by Lamont Land at its sole discretion.
