Sunterra Ridge is a completed 84-homesite residential community in northwest Cochrane’s Big Hill benchlands, developed by Lamont Land beginning in 1999. The community was planned to complement Cochrane’s western character and the surrounding foothills landscape, with Rocky Mountain views and a strong sense of place.
Design details such as downward-directed street lighting, open-style fencing and privacy elements were incorporated to support the neighbourhood setting while respecting views, night skies and the character of the area. Sunterra Ridge reflects Lamont Land’s long-standing approach to creating communities that respond to both local context and everyday livability.
