This 15,400-square-foot neighbourhood commercial centre was developed across from Lamont Land’s Bridlewood Creek community. The fully leased property serves the surrounding area with a mix of local services, including education, dining, dental and veterinary care, specialty retail and convenience uses.
Because of its location near the Bridlewood Creek wetlands, the project required careful planning and construction to respond to the surrounding environmental context.
