Prairie Springs was developed by Lamont Land in Airdrie in 2006. The community was planned around a large central park and playground, with pathways connecting throughout the neighbourhood and into the City of Airdrie’s broader pathway system.
Located near shopping and adjacent to Chinook Winds Regional Park, Prairie Springs also incorporated a natural wetland amenity into the community design. With generous lot sizes and a family-oriented setting, the project reflects Lamont Land’s experience in creating residential communities with strong connections to parks, pathways and everyday amenities.
