Following the success of Bridlewood Creek, Lamont Land introduced Aspen Creek in Strathmore in 1998. Rather than clearing the site’s native aspen stands, the community was planned around them, using the existing trees to help shape a more established woodland setting.
Aspen Creek is a completed 240-lot residential community designed around its natural surroundings, with preserved tree stands, pathways, playgrounds and character-focused architecture. The result is a neighbourhood that combines the feel of a more established community with the conveniences of newer residential development.
