A Vision for Peachland’s Future
Located in Peachland, British Columbia, this 18-acre future residential community is planned to include approximately 72 single-family homes and townhomes overlooking Okanagan Lake and adjacent to Hardy Falls Regional Park.
Parks, trails and green spaces are integrated throughout the plan, with approximately 36% of the site intended as protected parkland. The community is designed to support walkability, access to nature and a strong connection to the surrounding Okanagan landscape.
The community plan also includes infrastructure improvements such as emergency access through Bulyea Avenue, extended pedestrian pathways and municipal servicing upgrades. These features are intended to support safe, connected movement throughout the neighbourhood.
A mix of single-family homes and townhomes will provide housing choice within a setting shaped by nearby parkland, trails and views of Okanagan Lake.
