- Rebate applies only to Crestview builder partners and expires July 31st, 2024 at midnight.
- The $10,000 Rebate is a direct developer-to-builder rebate that flows through to the purchaser, on closing of the new home purchase.
- The Rebate is subject to the terms of the lot purchase agreement between the builder and Lamont Land.
- The homebuyer does not receive the Rebate in cash (no cash value).
- Rebate can be combined with Lamont’s Referral Program.
- Rebate is non-transferable and subject to change at any time and/or without notice at the developer’s discretion.
