This Rebate applies only to new single-family homes in Crestview Sylvan Lake, Alberta, including new home builds, immediate possessions, pre-sales, and show homes.
The Rebate applies only to Crestview builder partners and expires at midnight on July 31st, 2024.
The $10,000 rebate is a direct developer-to-builder rebate that flows through to the purchaser upon closing the new home purchase.
The $10,000 Rebate is available only on new lot purchases or lots currently under contract.
The Rebate is subject to the terms of the lot purchase agreement between the builder and Lamont Land.
The homebuyer does not receive the Rebate in cash (no cash value).
Rebate can be combined with Lamont’s Referral Program.
Rebate is non-transferable and subject to change at any time and/or without notice at the developer’s discretion.
